Terms & Conditions

Before registering, please read the following carefully and tick to confirm you’ve read the terms & conditions using the box below: 

This event is free to take part in. 
There’s no minimum sponsorship for this challenge. 
Monies raised should be sent to Arthritis UK by 6th July 2026.
If you raise over £60, you will receive a pair of Arthritis UK socks. If you raise £130 or over, you will receive an Arthritis UK water bottle. If you raise over £500, you will receive an Arthritis UK hoodie. Once you hit these milestones, you’ll receive an email with a code to redeem your free gift from our charity online shop.
Prizes are only redeemable after the 1st May. If you have hit a milestone before this date, you won’t receive your code automatically – but a member of our team will send this to you on the 1st May.
Teams will only receive one prize per team per fundraising milestone. For instance, if a team of 5 of you raise £60, you will receive one pair of socks, not 5.
Should you choose to withdraw, any monies collected should be returned to Arthritis UK (if your sponsors agree to this) or returned to your sponsors directly. 
By taking on this challenge, you choose to participate at your own risk and take full responsibility for your health and safety during this challenge. Arthritis UK does not maintain insurance to cover your participation in this challenge. 
If you are unsure whether you are able to take part in this challenge due to your condition(s) we advise you seek medical advice from your healthcare professional. 
You must be 16 years of age or above to take part in this challenge. 
If you are below the age of 16, please get parental consent and get them to register on your behalf.
Should you choose to join our Facebook group, you must communicate with respect to others in the group and use appropriate languages.
Staff will moderate the group and reserve the right to remove members who do not adhere to the Terms and Conditions or the group rules.
Staff moderators will not be available 24/7.
You can only register for this challenge if you are in the UK.
