Why I'm running
Wednesday 24th Sep My Mum has had rheumatoid arthritis all my life, over 40 years! I know that she is in pain every day. She has lived on a cocktail of drugs that have sometimes caused her unpleasant complications and she has had several operations to keep her body running. Through all this she has never given up. She has pushed herself every day and hardly complains; she leads a fairly normal life by shear willpower. My Mum has been an inspiration to me and her grit has made me the person I am today. If my run can make life even slightly better for arthritis sufferers I will be very happy. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
