Why I’m Taking on the London Marathon...
I’ll be taking on the London Marathon to raise money for a really important charity that has been close to home for many years.
More than 10 million people in the UK live with arthritis. It can affect their ability to work, care for their families, move without pain and live independently—but it is still poorly understood and doesn’t receive nearly enough attention.
Arthritis UK funds life-changing research, supports people living with arthritis and campaigns for better treatment and care. I’m hoping to raise £3,000 to support their incredible work.
Taking on a marathon is going to be one of the biggest challenges of my life—and possibly one of my more questionable decisions—but it will all be worth it for such an important cause.
Any donation, share or support will mean more to me than you know. Thank you!
