I'm fundraising for...
I am running the Great North Run in aid of Arthritis UK, a charity very close to my heart. In 2019, I was diagnosed with JIA (Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis), where both of my knees, elbows, and hands were affected with inflammation resulting in daily pain during normal everyday activities.
Arthritis UK provided incredible care and support when I needed it most, and I want to give something back to ensure other young people can experience this same level of support and guidance throughout diagnosis.
Arthritis UK does amazing work supporting people living with arthritis and their loved ones. Over 10 million people in the UK have arthritis. By taking on the Great North Run and fundraising, we are helping work towards something we all want: a future free from arthritis!
Every donation, no matter the size, will help them continue to provide the care, comfort, and strength that so many families rely on.
