life changing aspect of the diagnosis.

Walk
You can't beat a good walk. The breeze, the trees, the...sneeze?
It's by far the ulitmate exercise when trying to build habits and a great way to Get Your Move On
Swim
Get Your Move On with regular swimming.
A low impact, full body exercise...

Choose your weekly time target
A weekly time target allows you to choose how often you exercise based on how you are feeling that day. It's supposed to be challenging. It's also supposed to feel achievable.
No more steps or distance targets that can make you feel like you're failing. A weekly time target means you can adjust your exercise if some days you're feeling too tired or too much pain.
It’s quick and easy to sign up! Our registration form has a nifty calculator that quickly works out your movement target based on the information you put in.
You can sign up and take on the challenge solo, or you can gather your friends and family to take part as a team.
Entries for 2026 have now closed, but you can support our movers, or find out more ways to get involved.
