Terms & Conditions

By consenting to this form, you confirm you understand that:

• The registration fee you have paid for your Arthritis UK charity place will not be refunded should you have to withdraw from the 2026 Royal Parks Half Marathon due to injury or illness, or if you fail to complete the registration with the event organisers.
• The minimum sponsorship pledge of £400.00 must be received by Arthritis UK no later than 1 month after the event date 11th November 2026.
• Gift Aid is not included in the minimum sponsorship pledge total.
• Should you choose to withdraw from the 2026 Royal Parks Half Marathon, you will need to return all sponsorship and monies raised to Arthritis UK (at your sponsors agreement) or return monies to your sponsors.
• Should you choose to withdraw, you understand that your charity place will not automatically be transferred to the next year and will be at the charity’s discretion.
• You must be over the minimum age of 17 years old on event day in compliance with the Royal Parks Half Marathon Runner Terms and Conditions 2026_FINAL.pdf
• You are participating at your own risk and take full responsibility for your actions prior to, during and after the 2026 Royal Parks Half Marathon.
• Arthritis UK does not maintain insurance to cover your participation in this event.
• You must be fit enough to complete the 2026 Royal Parks Half Marathon and that you do not have any medical condition which could prevent you from taking part in or completing the 2026 Royal Parks Half Marathon.
• If you need to, you must seek medical advice from a health professional before taking part in 2026 Royal Parks Half Marathon.
• You are responsible for your actions and omissions, and Arthritis UK, its employees and volunteers cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or death caused by your participation in the 2026 Royal Parks Half Marathon or any loss or damage of your personal effects.
• Arthritis UK will be capturing video footage and photography at the 2026 Royal Parks Half Marathon and this may be used for publicity purposes by them and/or modified e.g., cropped or edited.
• Arthritis UK reserves the right to withdraw your charity place at any time at its discretion.
