By consenting to this form, you confirm you understand that:

You have secured a place through the public ballot for the 2027 London Landmarks Half Marathon and have paid your registration fee directly to the organisers.
You can provide Arthritis UK proof of your secured ballot place via the organisers.
Should you complete this form without having secured a ballot place via the organisers, you will not be able to take part in the event.
That any sponsorship you raise will be sent directly to Arthritis UK by the deadline date of 4th May 2027.
That your fundraising total excludes Gift Aid.
Should you choose to withdraw from the 2027 London Landmarks Half Marathon, you must return all sponsorship and monies raised to Arthritis UK (at your sponsors agreement) or return monies to your sponsors.
You must be over the minimum age of 17 years old on event day in compliance with the 2027 London Landmarks organisers terms and conditions.
You are participating at your own risk and take full responsibility for your actions prior to, during and after the 2027 London Landmarks Half Marathon.
Arthritis UK does not maintain insurance to cover your participation in this event.
You must be fit enough to complete the 2027 London Landmarks Half Marathon and that you do not have any medical condition which could prevent me from taking part in or completing the 2027 London Landmarks Half Marathon.
If you need to, you have sought medical advice from a health professional before taking part in 2027 London Landmarks Half Marathon.
You are responsible for your actions and omissions, and you understand that Arthritis UK, its employees and volunteers cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or death caused by your participation in the 2027 London Landmarks Half Marathon or any loss or damage of your personal effects.
Arthritis UK will be capturing video footage and photography at the 2027 London Landmarks Half Marathon and this may be used for publicity purposes by them and/or modified e.g., cropped or edited.
