By consenting to this form, you confirm you understand that:

- You have secured a place through the organisers for the 2027 Edinburgh Marathon Festival and have paid your registration fee directly to the organisers.
- You can provide Arthritis UK proof of your secured place via the organisers.
- Should you complete this form without having secured a place via the organisers, you will not be able to take part in the event.
- That any sponsorship you raise will be sent directly to Arthritis UK by the deadline date of 30th June 2027.
- That your fundraising total excludes Gift Aid.
- Should you choose to withdraw from the 2027 Edinburgh Marathon Festival, you must return all sponsorship and monies raised to Arthritis UK (at your sponsors agreement) or return monies to your sponsors.
- You must be over the minimum age of 11 years old for the 5K, 15 years old for the 10K, 17 years old for the half marathon and 18 years old for the full marathon on event day in compliance with the 2027 Edinburgh Marathon Festival organisers terms and conditions.
- You are participating at your own risk and take full responsibility for your actions prior to, during and after the 2027 Edinburgh Marathon Festival.
- Arthritis UK does not maintain insurance to cover your participation in this event.
- You must be fit enough to complete the 2027 Edinburgh Marathon Festival and that you do not have any medical condition which could prevent me from taking part in or completing the 2027 Edinburgh Marathon Festival.
- If you need to, you have sought medical advice from a health professional before taking part in 2027 Edinburgh Marathon Festival.
- You are responsible for your actions and omissions, and you understand that Arthritis UK, its employees and volunteers cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or death caused by your participation in the 2027 Edinburgh Marathon Festival or any loss or damage of your personal effects.
- Arthritis UK will be capturing video footage and photography at the 2027 Edinburgh Marathon Festival and this may be used for publicity purposes by them and/or modified e.g., cropped or edited.
- Your consent is subject to the terms of Arthritis UK Privacy Notice
