I'm fundraising for...
TLDR: On October 11th I am running a half marathon, to raise money for Arthritis UK!
At the start of the year my Granddad sadly passed away. Mick was such a kind positive soul all the way to the end and he was loved deeply by so many people.
My Granddad struggled with a few health related issues, especially in his final years, but the one thing that troubled him the most during his life was rheumatoid arthritis. He raised donations to local arthritis charities at his funeral; sharing support for those affected and advancing treatments was something that he cared deeply about.
On October 11th I will be running my first half marathon (Royal Parks, London) with the aim of raising some money in the name of my lovely Granddad and to help push forwards research and treatment for arthritis.
It would mean so much if you could spare some money. I appreciate that living is hard rn and not everybody can afford to donate but even a small amount or a share on socials would be really really appreciated.
