I'm fundraising for...
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page for the Royal Parks Half Marathon!
I’m raising money for Versus Arthritis because this cause is very close to my heart. I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis in my early twenties and have spent years dealing with painful flares, fatigue, and the impact it’s had on my everyday life. The condition has left me with some permanent joint damage, and there were times when I never thought something like a half marathon would even be possible for me.
Being able to train for and attempt this challenge now feels like a huge personal milestone, and I want to use it as an opportunity to support others living with arthritis too.
Over 10 million people in the UK live with arthritis, affecting their ability to work, study, care for family, move free from pain and live independently. Despite how common it is, arthritis is still poorly understood and far too little is done.
That’s why Versus Arthritis funds life-changing research, supports those affected, and campaigns for change — with the hope that one day everyone with arthritis will have access to the treatment and support they need, and ultimately a cure.
Any donation, no matter the size, would mean a huge amount to me. Thank you so much for your support.
