Over 10 million people in the UK live with arthritis, affecting their ability to work, study, care for family, move free from pain and live independently. But arthritis is still poorly understood and far too little is done. That’s why Arthritis UK funds life-changing research, supports those affected and campaigns for change. Arthritis UK won’t rest until everyone with arthritis has access to the treatments and support they need to live the life they choose, with real hope of a cure in the future.

Longest run
Sunday 20th Sep That's my longest run of our training block done. Was tough but we did it and having a friend come along for the last 8k really helped us get through it. Just 3 weeks to go now and the nerves are starting to set in Share

Saturday 8th Aug Three weeks into training now and that's 14k ticked off today. Very hard but felt so rewarding. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far it's really appreciated Share
My intro
Thursday 30th Apr Hi everyone, so I'm running a half marathon crazy I know. I'm doing it for arthritis UK who is very close to me with having ankylosing spondylitis as well as my dad brother and uncle all having different types of arthritis. Having suffered with AS myself since 18 which made my late teens and early 20s very debilitating until I was given bio medication which has changed my life.
