Training for the VOGUM a 40 mile Ultra
Wednesday 20th May Hi I am now training for my next Ultra 40 miler which follows the Welsh coast line from Porthcawl to Penarth.

Saturday 9th May Last Saturday 2nd May I ran my first Pegasus Ultra and loved it. It took 7 hrs 30 mins and we climbed 4500 ft. So training for the Great North Run is underway Share
