Birthday miles for Arthritis UK!
On the 11th October, on my (Lizzie's) 41st Birthday, we'll be taking on the Royal Parks to support the 1 in 6 people living in the UK with arthritis.Working at Arthritis UK has shown me first hand the impact of this much dismissed and misunderstood condition. And as someone diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my early 20s, I have a very small insight into the limiting effects that the pain can have on every day life.
